Gift Card Terms & Conditions
- The Tucano Urbano Digital Gift Card is a payment method with a declining balance, valid exclusively on tucanourbano.com.
- The Gift Card is valid for 6 months from the activation date and can be used multiple times until the credit is exhausted. It is neither transferable nor convertible into cash.
- It can be used for the same purchase along with other accepted payment methods; however, this is only possible if the Gift Card balance is not sufficient to cover the full amount of the purchase.
- Activation occurs automatically after purchase. Once the validity period has expired, it will no longer be accepted as a payment method.
- In case of loss, or failure to use it before the expiration date, the Gift Card will not be refunded or replaced.
- Check your Gift Card balance and expiration date by clicking on the link sent via email.
