Information about returning an order/item

If you have changed your mind and want to return your purchase to change the size, color, or request a refund, don’t worry: you can return your purchase quickly and easily!

Please remember that you have 14 working days from receipt of the package to decide whether to keep or return the ordered items (all or only part of them).

To start the return procedure CLICK HERE. You can choose whether to make an exchange, a return with a refund to the payment method used, or a return with the issue of a gift card to use later.

Items must not have been used in any way and must be returned in their original packaging in perfect condition.

The transport costs for returned products will be entirely borne by the customer, except in cases of defects, wrong color, or product not matching what was ordered. It is understood that Mandelli SRL is not responsible for the theft or loss of Products occurring during transport of the goods to the seller’s warehouses.

Upon receipt of the package, we will proceed within 14 working days with the refund of the invoiced price of the returned items. We will use the same payment method used for the purchase. The credit may appear after 10 working days, depending on banking times.

If you would like to receive a replacement for an item you have already returned, you can make a new purchase directly on our website.

Warranty

Our warranty covers products for two years from the date of purchase. For warranty requests for products purchased on our online store, contact Customer Service from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 17:00 at +39 02 3930 9995 or by email at help@tucanourbano.com

For warranty requests on products purchased from one of our authorized dealers, we recommend contacting the dealer directly, who will handle your request.
