TERMOSCUD®/GAUCHO insurance is free, valid for one year from the original date of purchase and not renewable. In case of theft you will be able to get a new TERMOSCUD®/GAUCHO* which will not be covered by insurance again.
The insurance is only valid for TERMOSCUD®/GAUCHO fitted on scooters and motorbikes.
Legcover and Gaucho must be bought and stolen in UK.
Insurance is not valid for products purchased on Outlet selection and outside the United Kingdom.
If the purchase is through Amazon, E-Bay or others marketplace, it is necessary to specify the dealer's name on the dedicated field of the insurance form. Ex. Amazon – Tutto Moto

To activate the free insurance on your TERMOSCUD®/GAUCHO, within 20 days from the date of purchase, fill in the form in the section Activate the TERMOSCUD®/GAUCHO insurance (see below).

Please send strictly within 30 days from the date of the theft the following documents:
- Proof of purchase/receipt in original
- Copy of police crime report (with a specific mention of Termoscud®/Gaucho theft)
- Termoscud card
- Online registration certificate to

Within 30 DAYS from receipt of claim you will receive response from Tucano Urbano with authorization to get a brand new TERMOSCUD®/GAUCHO* from Tucano Urbano dealer where you bought the first one.
